Because of the personal and confidential nature of the information in your software, it's important that you keep it secure. Use the security features available to help control who has access to your payroll information.

Getting started

The user name MANAGER gives full access to the software. As their first task, the security administrator should password protect this user name to prevent it from being used by others.

Depending on the level of security you want to provide, the security administrator can perform some, or all, of the tasks below:

Note: This provides a basic level of security.

Create security accounts for those using your softwareOpen this section

  1. Tasks menu > Security > Access Rights > Add.
  2. In the boxes provided, enter user details > OK.
